Our online booking form is processed through Workiz, a third-party field service management platform. When you book through our site, your booking information is submitted to and stored by Workiz on our behalf, subject to Workiz's own privacy practices. We only use this data to operate our business and deliver the service you requested.

We retain customer and job information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, honor warranty commitments (3 months from the date of repair), and meet our recordkeeping and legal obligations.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. We'll respond to reasonable requests as quickly as we can.
